Monty Python have re-released their classic single, Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life, with a brand new verse fitting for this year’s World Cup, should England fail to triumph again.
Written by Eric Idle for the final sequence of Monty Python’s second feature film The Life of Brian, Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life is probably the best-known and most popular Python song. The single is out now.
The re-release arrives days ahead of the World Cup in Brazil and a few weeks prior to the Pythons' anticipated Monty Python Live (Mostly) shows at London’s O2 Arena.
