The Who Announce 50th Anniversary UK Arena Tour & Ticket Details

The Who will celebrate their 50th anniversary with a UK arena tour this winter.
Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend will hit the road for nine shows, including stops at Glasgow’s SSE Hydro, Leeds’ First Direct Arena, Nottingham’s Captial FM Arena, Birmingham NIA, Newcastle’s Metro Radio Arena, Liverpool’s Echo Arena, Manchester’s Phones 4U Arena, Cardiff’s Motorpoint Arena and the O2 in London.
Tickets are on sale at 9am on July 4, with Townshend describing their career-spanning setlist as including “hits, picks, mixes and misses”.
Prior to the tour the band intend to hit the studio, while Daltrey has also suggested that this jaunt will be their last, if not the end of the band. He told the Guardian: "We can't go on touring for ever. [This tour] will have a finality to it. We'll stop touring before we stop playing as a band."
