Alter Bridge have released an animated video for their latest single, Cry of Achilles.
The video was directed by SiLee Films, who won the opportunity to create a video for the single via a competition run by Genero.tv. The Nottingham-based company, run by Simon Ralph and Lee Parker, had this to say about the process:
"Taking inspiration from the Greek legend of Achilles and set against a mythical backdrop, we set out to make a film that would hopefully match the epic themes presented in the song.”
Alter Bridge were last in the UK supporting Aerosmith at June's Download Festival, while the band's vocalist Myles Kennedy returns in November for an arena tour with Slash.
