The song forms part of the Adult Swim Singles series and is the first material to emerge from the band since the release of 2015's 'Death Magic', their first new album in six years.
Discussing the track with The Fader, who premiered it, Jake Duzsik said:
"We made the decision a long time ago to at least always make an attempt to sound new, and not to sound like anyone else. It's always been a huge pain in the ass. We hope this song continues that struggle."
