Lamb of God Confirm Release Of 'The Duke' EP

Friday, 21 October 2016 Written by Huw Baines

Lamb of God will return with a new EP next month.

‘The Duke' is out on November 18 through Nuclear Blast, with a vinyl release poised to follow a week later. The collection is dedicated to Wayne Ford, a late fan of the band, while Lamb of God are also set to auction memorabilia in aid of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

“A little while ago I became friends with a fan named Wayne Ford - he was terminal - leukemia,” vocalist Randy Blythe said. “I talked with him often, even video chatted him into the studio. He was very calm about his impending death, and we discussed it very openly. I learned a lot from him. This song is for him."

Head over to Rolling Stone to check out the title track.
