Mykki Blanco Releases Video For Hideaway

Tuesday, 11 April 2017 Written by Laura Johnson

Mykki Blanco has released a video for Hideaway.

The track, which was produced by Jeremiah Meece, is lifted from 'Mykki', which was released in September through Dogfood Music Group/!K7.

The video, meanwhile, was directed by Daisy Zhou and was shared to raise awareness on National Youth HIV & AIDS Awareness Day. Introducing the clip on Facebook, Mykki said:

"Today is National Youth HIV & AIDS Awareness Day. As an artist living healthily today with HIV I feel blessed that you all as fans, supporters and friends have continued to encourage me and enjoy my work and the music I create without judging me for my status and recognizing it does not define who I am as a person or an artist."

Mykki Blanco will head to the UK this summer to perform as part of M.I.A's Meltdown Festival at the Southbank Centre in London.
