Peter Hook & the Light will headline a new Torquay festival, Live By The Sea.
The one day festival from the team behind the Shiiine On Weekender will take place on August 27 over three floors at the Foundry. Also set to perform are the Farm, who will play an acoustic set, Nigel Clark from Dodgy and Utah Saints.

Hook and band, meanwhile, will perform both Joy Division and New Order's 'Substance' records at shows this winter.
