The longlist for the BBC’s Sound of 2018 prize has been unveiled.
Ray BLK took the gong last year, with this year’s panel featuring Alma, Billie Eilish, IAMDDB, Jade Bird, Khalid, Lewis Capaldi, Nilufer Yanya, Not3s, Pale Waves, Rex Orange County, Sam Fender, Sigrid, Superorganism, Tom Walker, Yaeji and Yxng Bane.
The top five will be announced in January on BBC Radio 1 and BBC News, with an artist revealed each day from January 8. The winner will be announced on January 12 during Clara Amfo's Radio 1 show.
