Haggard Cat, comprising former Heck vocalist and guitarist Matt Reynolds and drummer Tom Marsh, have signed a recording deal with Earache Records.
To celebrate the news, the Nottingham duo have announced that their new album, 'Challenger', will arrive on April 20. Speaking about the deal, the duo said:
"We're so proud to sign to Earache and follow in the footsteps of some of our absolute heroes; we're in some great company and we can't wait to show the world the beast that we've been working on. The future is going to be loud! Wear protection!"
The band have also shared the record's cover art, created by former Reuben frontman Jamie Lenman, as well as the lead single, American Graffiti, which is available as an instant download with pre-orders of the album.
