Cub Sport Confirm Debut London Shows

Tuesday, 06 February 2018 Written by Jon Stickler

Cub Sport will play their first headlining London shows this spring.

The Brisbane alt-pop group will play the Waiting Room on May 8 and 9, with tickets on sale now, priced £7.00 plus fees.

The band have also released a video for Good Guys Go, which features on their 2017 sophomore album, 'BATS'. Speaking about the track, lead vocalist Tim Nelson said:

"I wrote Good Guys Go about an imbalanced relationship where emotional labour was going unrecognised. I saw the toll this cycle took, where one person was continually working so much harder than the other to keep the relationship afloat. I hope this song offers some sort of comfort to people who have felt the same."

Cub Sport Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows:

Tue May 08 2018 - LONDON Waiting Room
Wed May 09 2018 - LONDON Waiting Room

Primal Scream continue to divide opinion. As a ‘90s indie band they are a bit of an also-ran: a group who produced some excellent music while being outshone by bands who had more consistency across membership and sound like Blur, Oasis and Pulp.
Twenty One Pilots - Trench (Album Review)

In 2015, Twenty One Pilots got their big break. The Ohioans’ fourth album, ‘Blurryface’, summited the US chart and sent two singles into similarly rarefied air. The following year another song, Heathens, ushered in the soundtrack to the hit film, Suicide Squad. The resulting period has seen the band ascend to arena-filling stardom and paved the way for ‘Trench’, a record that combines their distinctive blend of elaborate production with re-upped nu-metal.
