Death Cab For Cutie and Frightened Rabbit are among the latest acts to be announced for Robert Smith's Meltdown Festival.
Also joining the bill are God is an Astronaut, Low, Maybeshewill, Suzane Vega, A Dead Forest Index, And Also The Trees, Black Moth Super Rainbow, Douglas Dare, Drahla, Emma Ruth Rundle, Fear Of Men, Hilary Woods, I Like Trains, Indian Queens, Jambinai, James Walsh, Jo Quail, Jonsi, Alex Somers, & Paul Corley, Joycut, the Joy Formidable, Kælan Mikla, Kidsmoke, the KVB, Loop, Pumarosa, the Twilight Sad, Vex Red, Yonaka, and many more. Previously confirmed acts for the Cure frontman's line up include Deftones, Nine Inch Nails, My Bloody Valentine, the Libertines, Manic Street Preachers, Mogwai, Placebo, the Psychedelic Furs, 65daysofstatic, Alcest, the Anchoress, Kristin Hersh, Kathryn Joseph, MONO, and the Notwist.
The 25th Meltdown will run from June 15 to 24 at the Southbank Centre in London, where performances will take place in the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room. Head here for further details, including ticket information.
