Sharon Van Etten has announced a BBC Proms show in London this summer.
The New Jersey singer-songwriter will perform alongside the Heritage Orchestra and British conductor Jules Buckley on August 8 as part of the Late Night Proms line up at the Royal Albert Hall. The bill also features Hercules and Love Affair and serpentwithfeet.
Van Etten is currently working on her new album, the follow up to 2015’s 'I Don’t Want To Let You Down' EP. Last year she reissued her debut album, '(it was) because i was in love'.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am on May 12, with the event set to commence at 10:15pm.
