The Staves To Support First Aid Kit On Autumn Tour

The Staves will join First Aid Kit across 11 dates in October and November.
The tour kicks off in Belfast on October 22 and wraps up on November 8 in Leeds, with a stop at London's O2 Academy Brixton confirmed for October 31. Speaking about the dates, the British trio said:
"We met Johanna and Klara backstage at Glastonbury just before singing together with Mumford & Sons for their finale back in 2013, and since then we’ve met in many different dressing rooms in cities and countries across the world. Now we’ve finally managed to fulfil our dream of touring with another band of sisters! Gigging is always great, but when it’s with a band you admire and people you love and folks you can harmonise with, it’s the best. We can’t wait to see you out there on the road."
The Staves released the 'Pine Hollow' EP earlier this year, following up last year's full length, 'The Way Is Read'. They're currently on in the US writing their third album. First Aid Kit, meanwhile, are on the road in support of this year's 'Ruins'.
Tickets go on general sale at 9am on May 25.
