UFO Line Up 50th Anniversary Send Off Tour For Vocalist Phil Mogg

UFO have announced spring tour dates that will serve as a 50th anniversary celebration and vocalist Phil Mogg’s last ride.
Mogg - the sole constant member of the hard rock band since its inception in 1968 - will step down following the lengthy run, which gets underway at the O2 Academy Oxford on March 9. Tickets are on sale at 9am on August 31.
“I don’t want to call this a farewell tour as I hate that word, but next year’s gigs will represent my final tap-dancing appearances with the band,” he said in a statement released back in May.
