The track, which credits Bon Iver’s Justin Vernon as a co-writer, is taken from his new album, 'Kamikaze', which was released without prior warning on August 31.
Vernon has since distanced himself from the song, which has been heavily criticised for its use of a homophobic slur in a lyric referencing Tyler, The Creator. The video censors that line.
