Papa Roach Share Two New Songs Who Do You Trust? And Renegade Music

Friday, 05 October 2018 Written by Jon Stickler

Papa Roach have released two songs from their forthcoming studio album.

The tracks, Who Do You Trust? and Renegade Music, serve as an introduction to album number 10 but additional details about the follow up to 2017's 'Crooked Teeth' have yet to be revealed.

The band have revealed a video for Who Do You Trust? and a stream of Renegade Music, which can both be found below. Explaining the inspiration behind Who Do You Trust?, frontman Jacoby Shaddix said:

"This song is a statement of engagement - In this day and age, who do you trust? The message of the song is to think for yourself and to trust in yourself, and the imagery of the song matches that. It’s the sea of information, all of if slightly out of focus - and you’re left floating in trying to decide for yourself. Who do you trust?"

Papa Roach embark on a short tour starting in Richmond, Virginia, hitting 10 cities across North and Latin America, before setting out on a December tour to various military bases in Asia. The band will also join Shinedown and Asking Alexandria on the 2019 North American leg of the Attention! Attention! World Tour.

Clutch - Book of Bad Decisions (Album Review)
Fri 07 Sep 2018
Despite being poster boys for gritty guitar licks, quirky lyrics and bluesy, boozy funk-rock, Clutch have never achieved the mainstream attention that their self-sustaining march over the years should merit. Even though 2015’s superb ‘Psychic Warfare’ broke them through to an extent, there remains a boatload of charm in the Maryland groovelords’ way of modestly churning out one outstanding record after another. The gloriously titled ‘Book of Bad Decisions’ doesn’t buck that trend.
True Rockers Take Risks: Why Monster Truck Are Set To Explode
Tue 25 Sep 2018
Armed with a bulldozing brand of stoner-infused, bluesy rock ‘n’ roll, Canada’s Monster Truck have steadily established themselves as a must see live act over the last decade. Having battered more and more eardrums into submission at progressively larger venues, particularly as a support act to Deep Purple, Alter Bridge and Black Stone Cherry, arena headlining status has increasingly seemed like it’s theirs for the taking. And if their relentlessly anthemic third album ‘True Rockers’ is anything to go by, heaven help anyone who tries to stop them.

Slash Featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators - Living The Dream (Album Review)
Mon 08 Oct 2018
Photo: Gene Kirkland There’s something bittersweet about this excellent third album from Slash, Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators. ‘Living The Dream’ is bursting at the seams with old school, anthemic rock ‘n’ roll of the highest calibre, but at the same time it’s hard to shake the feeling that the person behind such exhilarating music and exceptional guitar work is the very last of a dying breed.
