Teddy Rocks Festival Announce Headliners The Darkness And The Zutons

Two headline acts have been announced for Teddy Rocks festival 2019.
The event started from humble beginnings in 2012 at the Greyhound Pub in Blandford, North Dorset. Founder Tom Newton started the event to help fundraise for Teddy20, a charity started by his parents to benefit children and families fighting cancer after the death of his brother, who lost his life to a rare bone cancer.
After expanding the festival's capacity in 2016, the following year Teddy Rocks took the plunge and relocated to its bigger, permanent home at Charisworth Farm in Blandford, Dorset, where it now offers weekend camping.
The festival has raised over £250,000 with help from previous headliners including Feeder, Ash, Twin Atlantic, Modestep, Scouting For Girls, From The Jam, the Hoosiers, and Don Broco. Speaking about next year's instalment, Newton said:
"This is our biggest line up yet! The Darkness and the Zutons have some of the biggest hits of our generation and being able to bring them to our small town is an honour. We are working harder than ever to keep growing the festival and to help make a positive impact on so many children’s lives affected by Cancer. The more people that buy tickets for this event, the more good we can do for those who need it! Please come and join our fight and have the best time whilst doing so!"
What? A three day music festival boasting over 50 acts with all profits received from the sale of tickets donated to the Teddy20 charity.

When? May 3 - 5.
Who? The first acts to be confirmed are Saturday night headliners, the Darkness and Sunday night headliners, the Zutons, with over 50 more acts to be announced in the coming weeks.
