Sigur Rós To Play Free Hyde Park Show For British Summer Time Open House Programme

Sigur Rós will play a free show as part of British Summer Time's Open House event.

The programme will be held at Hyde Park in London from July 8 to 11 and, in addition to the musical line up, offers a range of entertainment and activies for all ages, including street food, coverage of Wimbledon, open-air cinema nights, drag cabaret, pop-up bars, yoga, and a family theatre. Sigur Rós will perform on July 9, marking the first time the Icelandic band have performed their Liminal Soundbath show in Hyde Park. Tickets are free and available via bst-hydepark.com.

The programme takes place between the two weekends of music that make up the British Summer Time festival. Headliners include Celine Dion, Stevie Wonder, Barbra Streisand, Bob Dylan and Neil Young, Florence and the Machine, and Robbie Williams.
