Marianas Trench Debut Video For New Single Glimmer

Marianas Trench have unveiled a hauting new video.
The synth-laden Glimmer features on the Canadian prog-pop band's new full-length, 'Phantoms', out now. Talking about the inspiration behind the record, singer Josh Ramsay explained:
"I was basically thinking about someone falling into madness while living in a house haunted by the ghost of a former love. As dark as that sounds, for me that also means a rebirth and comes from a healthy place. I was looking for inspiration and read a ton of Edgar Allen Poe. I was also inspired by the Netflix series ’The Haunting Of Hill House' and the idea that ghosts mean different things to different people and can also represent hope."
The Vancouver-based quartet will support the release with their previously announced Suspending Gravity Tour, beginning on November 6 in Newcastle and taking in a further seven dates across the UK before heading to mainland Europe.
