Aphex Twin has announced his first London club show in almost a decade.
The elusive DJ and producer, real name Richard D. James, will take over Printworks on September 14 as part of the first London edition of the Red Bull Music Festival. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on June 20.
Aphex Twin, whose last club show in the capital was 2009 and last appearance in the city was a headline set at Field Day in 2017, will perform on a custom-designed set comprising of over 300 LED panels and lasers, following support from Afrodeutsche, Caterina Barbieri and Nihiloxica. Visual effects will come from Weirdcore.
