Metronomy Announce New Album 'Metronomy Forever' And Confirm November UK Tour

Metronomy have announced their sixth album.
‘Metronomy Forever’ is set to arrive on September 13, and is the electronic pop band's first LP since 2016’s ‘Summer 08’. They’ll support the record with an autumn UK tour, which sees the group head to Southampton, London, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Bristol, Nottingham and Birmingham between November 6 and 16. Tickets go on sale at 9am on June 28.
The latest cut from ‘Metronomy Forever’ is Salted Caramel Ice Cream, a fun disco-pop track that’s accompanying video, directed by frontman Joe Mount, tells the tale of how the band invented the concept of the sweet treat after discarding nettled chocolate and spiced vanilla flavours. Yum.
Metronomy play an intimate London show tonight at Studio 9294, and also have European tour plans in October.
