Normani has shared her debut solo single, Motivation.
Co-written by Ariana Grande, the pop track arrives with a nostalgic music video directed by Dave Meyers and follows the former Fifth Harmony member's previously released collaborations Love Lies with Khalid and Dancing With a Stranger with Sam Smith.
