The 1975 Cancel Finsbury Park London Show Due To COVID-19

The 1975 have cancelled their summer London show.
The band were due to perform at Finsbury Park on July 11, but the concert will no longer go ahead due to concerns about the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In a statement on social media, organisers said:
"The 1975 in Finsbury Park will no longer be taking place this year. We've been closely monitoring this unprecedented situation and it has become clear that cancelling the show was unavoidable.
"We are working hard with The 1975 to try to get a new show locked in for 2021 - watch this space.
"We are working closely with our ticketing partners and they will be in touch very soon to process your refund. Look out for an e-mail from your ticketing agent and please only contact them if you have not been contacted after 7 days as they are very busy at this time.
"For now, keep safe, keep healthy and look after each other."
The band are gearing up to release their new album, 'Notes on a Conditional Form', which is due for release on May 22, having been pushed back from February 21 and then April 24.
They are also currently still set to perform at Boardmasters festival and the Edinburgh Summer Sessions this summer, and tour mainland Europe this autumn.
