Yellow Days is set to release a new album this summer.
‘A Day in a Yellow Beat’ is scheduled to arrive on August 7 via Columbia Records and will feature collaborations with Mac DeMarco, Bishop Nehru, Shirley Jones and Nick Walters, alongside the previously shared Treat You Right and the glowing, electro-soul inflected Love Is Everywhere. Watch the nostalgia-packed video for the new single below, and check out the album’s artwork and tracklist.
Yellow Days said:
“I’m trying to brand my own version of ironic dance music full of depressing truths about feeling distant from your friends, or a sense that nothing is worth anything. This is really my first record where I can let it fucking all out.”
The forthcoming album will follow the indie singer-songwriter's last full-length effort, ‘Is Everything Okay In Your World?’, which landed in 2017.
