Dua Lipa Enlists Madonna And Missy Elliott For Levitating Remix

Dua Lipa has dropped a star-studded remix of her song Levitating.
The track has been revamped to a more club-ready, '70s-inspired disco sound and features pop legend Madonna and hip hop icon Missy Elliott contributing vocals over a pulsating beat. It will appear on Lipa's upcoming 'Club Future Nostalgia: The Remix Album', a collaboration with DJ and producer the Blessed Madonna (formerly known as the Black Madonna), due out on August 21. Elliot said:
“I am humbly grateful that Dua asked me to be a part of this record because I am a fan of her work and I love the whole 80’s vibes that her music gives. When her team sent the track, I was like “ooooh this is fire!” and I immediately recorded my verse. She heard it and loved it and here we are!”
The release is also set to include an upcoming Mark Ronson-remix of Physical, which will see the singer dueting with Gwen Stefani.
Back in the spring, Lipa rescheduled her UK and Ireland tour to January 2021 due to concerns around the coronavirus.
