The Japanese House Drops New EP 'Chewing Cotton Wool' Featuring Justin Vernon Collaboration Dionne

Thursday, 13 August 2020 Written by Sophie Williams

The Japanese House, aka Amber Bain, has released a new EP.

'Chewing Cotton Wool' marks the first release from the London-based artist since her debut album, 2019's 'Good At Falling'. It features the previously shared title track and ambient electro-pop single Something Has To Change, alongside Dionne, a new collaboration with Bon Iver's Justin Vernon. Stream the EP below.

Posting to Twitter, she said:  “Excited to finally release Dionne and Sharing Beds, the remaining songs on the 'Chewing Cotton Wool' EP. These songs for me punctuate the stages of coming out of a relationship and entering into a new phase.”
