2 Chainz Details New Album 'So Help Me God'

Tuesday, 18 August 2020 Written by Jon Stickler

2 Chainz has announced the title and release date for his sixth studio album.

'So Help Me God' is scheduled to arrive on September 25 via Def Jam Recordings, a year after the Georgia rapper's 2019 record 'Rap Or Go To The League', which included guests Ariana Grande, Kendrick Lamar and longtime collaborator Lil Wayne.

2 Chainz and Wayne's latest joint effort, Money Maker, landed on August 7 accompanied by an animated lyric video, viewable below. An official clip for the bouncy track — complete with brass horns and a trap beat — is set to arrive soon.

The pair most notably teamed up for 2016's 'ColleGrove'. Back in March, 2 Chainz revealed during an Instagram Live session that a sequel is coming later this year.
