Mr Eazi Shares Major Lazer Collaboration Oh My Gawd Featuring Nicki Minaj And K4MO

Mr Eazi and Major Lazer have linked up for a new single, Oh My Gawd.
The collaboration featuring Nicki Minaj and UK singer K4MO serves as the first preview of the Nigerian Afrobeats star's forthcoming 'Something Else' EP, due out in October, although a release date is still to be confirmed. It'll also appear on the electronic trio's upcoming fourth album, 'Lazerism', expected later this year.
The track taps a hip-shaking dancehall vibe while also embracing Diplo, DJs Walshy Fire and Ape Drum's EDM world. It comes with a twerk-heavy video directed by Alexx Adjei and choreographed by Patience J. Eazi said:
"This record was really fun to make. It's crazy how it went from hearing a K4MO intro in the studio with Fred Again, to me jumping on it and then Diplo hopping in! And [Major Lazer's] Walshy Fire hitting me up to say it’s a banger—next thing Nicki is on it! Been a journey really, like two years in the making, and I can’t wait to perform it at my next festival!"
