The Chats Pay Tribute To Legendary Rockers With New Single ACϟDC CD

The Chats have released a new song.
ACϟDC CD is a tribute to the legendary rock band, and marks the Sunshine Coast punks' first new music since their debut LP, 'High Risk Behaviour', arrived in March.
The punchy, turbo-charged track comes paired with a Natalie Sim-directed video which nods towards the titular band's clips for Let There Be Rock, Thunderstruck and It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Wanna Rock 'n' Roll). Vocalist Eamon Sandwith said:
"When I was 10 years old my dad took me to the Sanity in Logan and I purchased my first CD with my own money, which was ‘Back in Black’ by AC/DC. I was utterly blown away at how hard this band could rock, and I played it in the car every day to and from primary school.
"I still fucken love Acca Dacca so I wrote this song as a tribute to one of the world’s rocking-est bands."
The Chats have pushed back the Australian leg of their album tour to May 2021 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Their UK and European dates will follow in 2022.
