Nick Cave and Warren Ellis have announced plans to tour the UK later in 2021.
Cave and his long-time Bad Seeds bandmate and frequent collaborator have lined up 20 shows, kicking off in Poole on September 2 and culminating at Brighton Dome on October 10.
The run also includes stops in Stoke, Nottingham, Blackpool, Ipswich, Oxford, Bradford, Sheffield, Gateshead, Liverpool, Leicester, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Manchester, Edinburgh and London, where they'll play two gigs at the Royal Albert Hall. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on July 23.
In February, Cave and Ellis released 'Carnage', an album recorded over a few weeks during the COVID-19 lockdown. More recently, they put out a 7" single called Grief.
In May, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds confirmed a run of concerts across Europe for summer 2022. The gigs will mark the band's first dates since they were forced to scrap their UK, European and North American tours due to the pandemic.
