Joe Jackson has announced UK and Ireland gigs for spring 2022.

The Sing, You Sinners! Tour will see the British composer and musician play concerts in Limerick, Dublin, York, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Portsmouth between March 13 and March 27. Following that, he'll head across mainland Europe. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on July 30.

Each show will feature a full band set, along with a solo performance from Jackson, drawing on songs from his whole career, including some that haven't been played live in years, plus surprises and new material. He said:

"We've been dealing with two viruses over the past two years, and the worst - the one we really need to put behind us - is Fear. Love is the opposite of fear, so if you love live music, come out and support it!"

Jackson's latest studio album and 20th overall is 'Fool', released in 2019.
