Danny Elfman has shared a new version of his track True featuring Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor.
The original song appears on Elfman's new album, 'Big Mess', which came out in June and marked his first solo album in 37 years.
The new take on the track, meanwhile, finds Reznor sharing vocal duties as the soundscape gets pushed further into turbulent industrial territory. Elfman said:
“This is the first duet/collaboration I’ve ever done in my life, so to do it with Trent was a real surprise and a treat. He’s always been a big inspiration to me, not to mention he has one of my all-time favorite singing voices.”
