Chvrches Announce Expanded Deluxe Edition Of 'Screen Violence'

Chvrches have announced an expanded deluxe edition of 'Screen Violence'.
Scheduled to arrive this Friday (October 29), 'Screen Violence: Director's Cut' will include the original album's tracklist along with three new songs intended for the record: Killer, Bitter End, and Screaming. The Scottish band said in a statement:
"This album was thematically so different to previous Chvrches albums that it would have been rude of us to let Halloween come and go without injecting some more Screen Violence into it.
"Killer, Bitter End and Screaming were all started in 2020 and finished just after the album was released. As any good horror fan knows, just because the film ends, it doesn’t mean the story does."
The trio released the follow-up to 2018's 'Love Is Dead' back in August, and are due to hit the road in North America this November, followed by UK dates next spring. Tickets are on sale now.
More recently, they collaborated with legendary director John Carpenter for two remixes, and covered Avril Lavigne's I'm With You and Gerard McMahon's Cry Little Sister from the 1987 film The Lost Boys.
