Machine Head Announce 2022 UK And European Co-Headline Arena Tour With Amon Amarth

Machine Head will tour the UK and Europe in 2022.
The Oakland metal giants will be joined by Swedish Viking overlords Amon Amarth for the co-headline Vikings And Lionhearts Tour, with stops planned at some of the biggest indoor venues, including London's Wembley SSE Arena on September 10.
Support will come from The Halo Effect, the new project featuring five former members of In Flames; Jesper Strömblad, Daniel Svensson, Peter Iwers, Niclas Engelin, and Mikael Stanne. Tickets go on general sale at 10am on November 5.
This past summer, Machine Head released the three-song 'Arrows In Words From The Sky' EP, featuring cuts Become The Firestorm, Rotten and the title track. In 2020, they put out the singles Stop The Bleeding featuring Killswitch Engage's Jesse Leach, Bulletproof and My Hands Are Empty. Their last studio full-length came in the form of 2018's 'Catharsis'.
Amon Amarth released their latest LP, 'Berserker', in 2019. In May of this year, they dropped a re-recorded version of the song Masters Of War for the 20th anniversary of their third album 'The Crusher'.
