Superorganism have released a new song called crushed.zip

A vibrant slice of futuristic pop, complete with glitchy sound effects and an earworm chorus, the track will appear on the band's forthcoming second album, 'World Wide Pop', due out on July 15. Harry said:

"It's a musical journey through the anxieties and isolation that can arise from being an artist, it's ultimately delicious though."

Lead vocalist Orono Noguchi added: "I was thinking about Kanye and Elliott Smith a lot (which is most of the time). I wanted to do like a really depressing and personal song but with the most deliciously obnoxious pop packaging. Stuart Price’s production really elevated it to the next level."

Accompanying the new cut, the five-piece have announced a run of instore gigs alongside the record's release. They also have larger UK shows in the diary for September, along with European and North American dates. Tickets are on sale.
