American Football Members Mike And Nate Kinsella Share New LIES Song Summer Somewhere

LIES, the new project from American Football members and cousins Mike Kinsella and Nate Kinsella, have shared a new single.
Introducing the band with the two-track release 'LIES I' back in May, now the cousins are back with another tune, Summer Somewhere, out digitally via Big Scary Monsters.
Opening with a soaring orchestral passage that swells into a pulsating beat, the pop song comes with a Chris Strong-directed video that tells the story of a separated family navigating the woods at night. Nate commented:
"Summer Somewhere is about longing for fulfilment and the sense that there's always something better further afield than home. The video consists of a man and a woman, distanced from each other but connected by a rope, with their kids left to navigate between them in the dark."
