The composer and pianist will head to South Wales for a performance at Cardiff Internation Arena on October 19.
The show will take place alongside previously confirmed stops at Birmingham's Resorts World Arena, Leeds' First Direct Arena and Liverpool's M&S Bank Arena.
He also has dates scheduled across Europe in June and July, and multiple shows at Teatro Dal Verme in Milan from December 1 to 17, as part of his Underwater Tour. Tickets for those dates are already on sale.
The 67-year-old will release his new album, 'Undiscovered 2', on June 2.
