This Is The Kit have released a new song, Stuck In A Room.

The acoustic guitar-driven folk track serves as the final preview of the band's Gruff Rhys-produced album, 'Careful Of Your Keepers', which is out this Friday (June 9) via Rough Trade Records.

Head below to view the accompanying live performance video, directed by Charlie Moore and shot at the picturesque open-air Minack Theatre in Cornwall. Bandleader Kate Stables commented:

"It's not so much about being stuck in a literal room (although I suppose it is a bit) but more about getting stuck in the imaginary restrictive rooms we create for ourselves. The behavioural patterns that aren't always very helpful to us. The loops we go round and round in. The way we deal with what other people expect of us. That sort of thing."

It'll be joined on the record by the previously unveiled singles More Change and Inside Outside. They'll support the release with a UK tour in the autumn.
