Yussef Dayes Shares Two Singles From Debut Solo Album 'Black Classical Music'

Yussef Dayes has shared two new singles.
Marching Band featuring Masego and Tioga Pass with Rocco Palladino will appear on the London-based multi-instrumentalist and producer's debut solo album, 'Black Classical Music'.
Both lively jazz compositions, the former is led by Dayes' distinctive drumming style, while the latter is a more loungy, smooth affair with saxophone from Venna. They follow the release of Rust featuring Tom Misch and the record's title track, a collaboration with Charlie Stacey and Venna.
The guest-heavy record is due out on September 8 via Brownswood Recordings and Nonesuch Records in the US. Dayes' will support it with a UK tour in October, featuring stops in Brighton, Cardiff, Bristol, Manchester, Edinburgh and London, where he'll play the Royal Albert Hall. Tickets for the London date are on sale now, with all other concerts on sale at 10am on July 19.
He also has North American shows scheduled for November and December, with the majority of the gigs on sale at 10am local time on Friday (July 14). Select dates are on sale now.
