Coupling club beats with elements of trap and Latin music, the emotive Spanish-language track is inspired by the Psalm 91 Bible verse, and features powerful lyrics about family and overcoming adversity. Taking to Twitter, the Colombian star wrote:
"S91 is not a single… It is a song that Carolina wanted to do beyond business and numbers, taking advantage of my platform to express myself, to share a message. The content of the video is what I want you to internalize, in addition to the special announcement that I have to give you… I love you. More is coming."
It arrives with a video directed by Pedro Artola and produced by WeOwnTheCity, which concludes with a teaser for something new, Mañana Será Bonito: Bichota Season.
In June, Karol G released her contribution to 'Barbie The Album', enlisting Panamanian artist Aldo Ranks for WATATI. The star-studded soundtrack is out via Atlantic Records on July 21, the same day Barbie The Movie hits cinemas.
The 32-year-old will kick off her Mañana Será Bonito Stadium Tour on August 11 at Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium, with dates lined up until late September. The trek shares its name with the Provenza singer's latest album, released in February.
