Semisonic Announce First Album In Over 22 Years 'Little Bit Of Sun', Post New Single

Semisonic have announced their first new album in 22 years.

'Little Bit Of Sun' will arrive through Pleasuresonic Recordings on November 3, following up 2001's 'All About Chemistry' and 2020's 'You're Not Alone' EP.

It was recorded in the band's hometown of Minneapolis, and include collaborations with Jason Isbell and My Morning Jacket's Jim James.

Alongside the news, the trio of Dan Wilson, John Munson and Jacob Slichter have shared the bright alt-rock track The Rope, which arrives with a video directed by Otto Harder and Philip Harder. It follows the previously released singles Grown Your Own and the record's title track.
