Nadine Shah has announced her fifth studio album.

The follow-up to 2020's 'Kitchen Sink' is called 'Filthy Underneath' and will arrive on February 23, marking the first release on the Leeds-based new label imprint EMI North.

The singer-songwriter has teased the record with the first single, Topless Mother, a hypnotic, atmospheric track that Shah has described as, "a song about a counsellor I worked with that I couldn’t get along with. I'm pretty certain the feeling was mutual. And I'm also pretty certain she’d find this funny. Some people just don’t click and some arseholes like me write songs about it."

Additionally, Shah has confirmed a run of special, intimate 'Filthy Underneath' preview shows in Brighton, Glasgow and London on October 19, October 29 and November 2, respectively. She'll also support Young Fathers for select gigs on their UK tour, which kicks off tomorrow (October 20) in Brighton.

Nadine Shah Upcoming Tour Dates are as follows

Thu October 19 2023 - BRIGHTON Chalk
Sun October 29 2023 - GLASGOW King Tuts
Thu November 02 2023 - LONDON Lower Third - Outernet
