Peter Hook & The Light Announce Autumn 2024 UK And Ireland Shows For Substance World Tour

Peter Hook and the Light have announced the UK and European leg of the Substance World Tour for next autumn.
Following shows in Australia, New Zealand and North America earlier in the year, they've lined up shows in York, Glasgow, Sunderland, Warrington, Nottingham, Oxford, Margate, Birmingham, Norwich and Blackburn during October, and in November will head to Bradford, Frome, Cardiff, Bexhill-On-Sea, Belfast, Dublin and Galway.
The band will play the 'Substance' albums by Joy Division and New Order in full at all shows. Hook said:
“It still amazes me how enjoyable it is to play the Substance LPs. The contrast between Joy Division and New Order is very apparent but both complement each other very well. My only frustration is not being able to play more of our records each night. I am totally looking forward to the next phase. So, let’s enjoy some Substance and get ready for the future. Lots of love, Hooky.”
Tickets for the new North American, UK and Ireland dates go on general sale at 10am on Friday (November 17).
