Following on from The American Dream Is Killing Me and Look Ma, No Brains!, the track couples punchy power chords with stadium-sized hooks. It marks the third taster of the punk trio's 14th studio album, 'Saviors', due out on January 19 via Reprise/Warner Records. Frontman Billie Joe Armstrong said:
"Dilemma was one of those songs that was kind of easy to write because it was so personal to me. We’ve seen so many of our peers struggle with addiction and mental illness. This song is all about the pain that comes from those experiences."
Green Day will return to the road for a mammoth world tour in 2024 in support of their new record, while also celebrating 30 years of 1994's 'Dookie' and 20 years of 2004's 'American Idiot'.
The European leg of the trek includes huge concerts at Manchester's Emirates Old Trafford, Glasgow’s Bellahouston Park, Dublin’s Marlay Park and London's Wembley Stadium in June. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
