Vampire Weekend Add Extra London Date To Only God Was Above Us UK Tour

Vampire Weekend have added an extra London date to the UK leg of their Only God Was Above Us Tour.
Due to demand, the New York band will double up at Hammersmith's Eventim Apollo on December 5, the day before their previously scheduled gig at the venue.
The trek also features a separate London show at the O2 Academy Brixton on December 10, as well as stops in Dublin, Manchester, Wolverhampton, Glasgow, Paris and Amsterdam. Tickets for all dates are on sale now.
Support on select shows will come from Ye Vagabonds, Teenage Fanclub, China Crisis, and Charlotte Adigery and Bolis Pupul.
The trek shares its name with the group's new album, which is out today (April 5). Singles already shared from the record include Mary Boone, Classical, Capricorn and Gen-X Cops.
Vampire Weekend will play a "special eclipse show" at the Moody Amphitheatre in Austin, Texas on Monday (April 8), prior to the North American leg of the tour in the summer, with a second round of dates lined up for the fall.
