The posthumous SOPHIE album has been released a little earlier than planned.

The 16-song self-titled record arrives through Transgressive and Future Classic ahead of its previously announced September 27 release date, and features guest appearances from Juliana Huxtable, Nina Kraviz, Hannah Diamond, Jozzy, LIZ, Big Sister, Cecile Believe, and Doss.

It also includes the four previously released singles; Exhilarate with Bibi Bourelly, One More TimeBerlin Nightmare with Evita Manji, and Reason Why, a collaboration with Kim Petras.

Created alongside Sophie's brother and Benny Long, it follows her Grammy-nominated 2018 LP, 'Oil Of Every Pearl's Un-Insides', and was close to completion when the Scottish DJ, songwriter and singer died from an accidental fall in Athens, Greece in January 2021.
