Morgan Wallen Shares New Track Superman Ahead Of 'I'm The Problem' Release

Morgan Wallen has shared a final early single from his upcoming album.
Titled Superman, the personal ballad serves up raw, candid lyrics and is dedicated to the Tennessee country star's four-year-old son, Indigo Wilder. Co-written alongside Ryan Vojtesak, John Byron, Blake Pendergrass and James Maddocks, it finds Wallen reflecting on his past mistakes and controversies, while offering a more introspective insight into 'I'm The Problem', due out next Friday (May 16). He explained:
"I've tried so many times to write a song like that for him, and it always fell flat. I also didn't want to write a song to him that was all sappy and slow, and just what you would expect a dad's son song to be. That song has been written plenty enough and I wanted it to keep a little bit of my sound and my swag and just to be honest. And I feel like we accomplished that when we wrote it."
The follow-up to 2023s 'One Thing At A Time' will also include the previously shared singles Just In Case, I'm A Little Crazy, Smile, Love Somebody, Lies Lies Lies and the title track. There will also be contributions from Post Malone, Tate McRae, Eric Church, Ernest and Hardy.
The release will coincide with Wallen's Sand In My Boots Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama, which runs from May 16 to 18. The singer-songwriter has also announced an intimate London show at the Roundhouse in Camden on May 28, which will mark his only show outside of North America this year, and his first UK concert since headlining BST Hyde Park in 2024.
Fans can get an "exclusive ticket access code" by pre-ordering 'I'm The Problem' in any format from Wallen's UK online store before 10am BST on Tuesday (May 13). Tickets then go on sale at 10am the following day (May 14).
Morgan will embark on his I'm The Problem Tour across North America between June and September. Tickets for those dates are on sale now, with a portion of sales going to the Morgan Wallen Foundation.
