Charli XCX, Lola Young, Berwyn, Orla Gartland Among 2025 Winners At The Ivors

The Ivors with Amazon Music winners were announced last night at a ceremony in Grosvenor House in London.

Lola Young (pictured) took home the Rising Star Award, while Songwriter of the Year was awarded to Charli xcx, and U2 received the highly prestigious Fellowship of the Ivors Academy, which was presented to them by their friend and multi-Ivor Novello Award-winner Ed Sheeran.

BERWYN received his first Ivor Novello Award, with his 2024 LP 'WHO AM I' being named Best Album, while Best Contemporary Song went to Sans Soucis for Circumnavigating Georgia, and Orla Gartland was awarded Best Song Musically and Lyrically for Mine.

The Killers' Brandon Flowers was presented with the Special International Award by Bruce Springsteen, Fellow of The Ivors Academy, and the PRS for Music Icon Award went to Robbie Williams.

Self Esteem took home the Visionary Award, while PRS for Music Most Performed Work was given to Peter Fenn, Jesse Fink and Myles Smith for Stargazing. 

Outstanding Song Collection was given to the original members of Bloc Party (Kele Okereke, Russell Lissack, Gordon Moakes and Matt Tong), and Best Original Film Score went to Raffertie’s score for The Substance.

The ceremony saw 22 songwriters and composers collect awards across 14 categories spanning music, film, TV and video games. Head below for the full list of winners, and The Ivors official website for more details.
