Ella Eyre Posts New Track Red Flags And Love Hearts

Ella Eyre has shared another single from her upcoming second album.
Red flags and love hearts is an R&B track that deals in rich doo-wop harmonies and gives a subtle nod to the BRIT and MOBO Award-winning artist's idol Lauryn Hill. With its title coming from a therapy session, the song offers a further taste of her new album, 'everything, in time', due out through Play It Again Sam on November 21. Eyre explained:
"I remember when I was talking about this boy to my therapist and he said, 'you know, it's like that saying: why do red flags look like love hearts? I'd never heard of it, but it's so true and it was so visual as well. We see them so clearly. We know there's something so wrong with this relationship and this environment that we're allowing ourselves to be in and yet somehow we managed to romanticise it."
She's previously teased the record with the cuts space, Kintsugi, High On The Internet featuring Jay Prince, Domino Szn, Ain't No Love That Blind, and Head In The Ground with Tiggs Da Author.
Eyre will perform candlelit shows in Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Liverpool between December 4 and 13. Tickets are on sale now.
