The Beach Boys have confirmed two big outdoor shows for next summer.
The legendary group will celebrate 60 years of their iconic album 'Pet Sounds' with a show in Halifax on June 17 for the Live At The Piece Hall series, followed by a performance the next day at Southampton's Guildhall Square for the city's Summer Sessions.
The dates form part of the band's Sounds Of Summer Tour and will feature special guests 10cc on both nights.
Pre-sale tickets via Ticketmaster go live from 10am on Thursday (November 20), ahead of general sale at 10am on Friday (November 21).
The Beach Boys are currently led by lead singer and lyricist Mike Love, who is joined by long-time member Bruce Johnston, musical director Brian Eichenberger, Christian Love, Tim Bonhomme, Jon Bolton, Keith Hubacher, Randy Leago and John Wedemeyer.
Last year, the group released 'The Beach Boys: Music From The Documentary', the official soundtrack album for the Disney+ documentary about the band.
They also have US dates in the diary for this month and early next year, tickets for which are on sale now.
Also set to appear at the Live At The Piece Hall concert series next summer are Ethel Cain, McFly, James Arthur, Opeth, David Gray, Tom Grennan, Paul Weller, The Kooks, Embrace, Belle & Sebastian, Shed Seven, Madness, Scissor Sisters, Deacon Blue, Gary Numan, The Wombats, James Taylor, Billy Ocean, The Flaming Lips & The Beta Band, The K's and Alex James' Britpop Classical.
